Where can I register?
Go to registration link and print a registration form and mail in your registration. Check that link as well for an online registration option. Or you can register the day of the ride.
What do the registration fees include?
The registration includes breakfast, lunch, snacks at rest stops, and a t-shirt (while supplies last).
What are the route distances?

What is difficulty of the rides?
Sparta is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains. All rides include challenging climbs. Being in good physical condition is the key to an enjoyable ride. If there is any doubt regarding your fitness level, consult your physician before participating. All routes are paved and suitable for road bikes. Wide-tire off-road mountain bikes are not required. Their extra weight will only contribute to the ride's difficulty.

Are rest stops provided?
There are rest stops every 15 to 20 miles.
Are lodging and restaurants available nearby?
Motels, bed and breakfast inns, vacation rental cabins and campgroups are available in the area. The Alleghany Inn has been a faithful Ride sponsor and is located less than a mile from the start of the Ride.
