The ride begins at 8:30a in front of the Center. Directions Sparta is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and is the most convenient mountain community to the Piedmont of North Carolina and I-77. Just take exit 83 (northbound traffic only) or exit 85 and follow US 21 north up the mountain for 29 miles. Turn left at the second traffic light at the center of town. Go past the caution light at Sparta Parkway intersection to the next right, Collins Road. Turn right onto Collins Road. The Alleghany Wellness Center is 1/2 mile on the right.
